Sales Support & Customer Business Assistant

  • Assist with monthly Category Review & Analysis
  • Assist with preparation of Customer Meetings & Customer Reviews
  • Perform ad-hoc promotional analysis as well as ad-hoc projects and analysis as required
  • Support Account Management with transmission of information to the Field Sales Group (Promotions, new product launches, pricing, sales priorities, etc..)
  • Assist Field Sales Group with special requests
  • Learn, understand and assist with the development, review process and execution of the business
  • Assist with order entrees and other various administrative tasks
  • Manage tracking of customer listing base, account presentation dates, etc…
  • Assist in managing new account opening, special events
  • Customer accountability that may range from partial accountability for one large account to full accountability for multiple small accounts
  • Negotiate annual agreements, promo activity, listing fees, price increases & costing with small customers
  • Manage routine demand and supply issues with customer



  • Business degree or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a consumer packaged goods environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • SAP experience would be an asset
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong team player
