  • 1 package of GRAHAM COOKIES COATED WITH MILK CHOCOLATE
  • 1 lemon pie filling mix (commercial or homemade)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) whipping cream, 35%
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of sugar
  • 250 ml (1 cup) miniature marshmallows

  1. Make lemon filling.
  2. Whip the cream with sugar.
  3. Break the cookies with a knife or rolling pin.
  4. Place about 30 ml (2 tbsp) of lemon cream in the bottom of glasses.
  5. Add 30 ml (2 tbsp) of broken cookies and cover with the same amount of whipped cream.
  6. Repeat layers of lemon cream and cookies.
  7. Complete with miniature marshmallows.
  8. Place the glasses on a cookie sheet and cover with marshmallows.
  9. Broil for a few minutes until marshmallows are golden and serve immediately.
