  1. Place 8 dark chocolate cookies 70% cocoa on a plate, chocolate side up.
  2. Toast marshmallows over a grill until lightly coloured (or 1 to 2 minutes on each side under the boriler in the oven).
  3. Immediately add a marshmallow on each cookie.
  4. Pour 10 ml (2 tsp) caramel on each marshmallow and cover with a milk chocolate cookie, chocolate side down.
