- Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips in the bottom of a 10-inch
cast iron pan, then layer with chopped wafer cookies and
1 cup of coconut.
- Arrange marshmallows in a circular fashion overtop.
- Set pan over a grill on medium, lid closed, or a camp re
grill, covered, until mixture is melted and marshmallows
are golden, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup coconut.
- Serve with additional cookies for dipping.
S’Mores dip can be baked in a 350F oven for 15 minutes.
