  • 2 cups (500 mL) milk chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) toasted flaked coconut, divided
  • 40 large marshmallows
  • Additional cookies, for serving

  1. Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips in the bottom of a 10-inch cast iron pan, then layer with chopped wafer cookies and 1 cup of coconut.
  2. Arrange marshmallows in a circular fashion overtop.
  3. Set pan over a grill on medium, lid closed, or a camp re grill, covered, until mixture is melted and marshmallows are golden, 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup coconut.
  5. Serve with additional cookies for dipping.

Tip

S’Mores dip can be baked in a 350F oven for 15 minutes.
