Classic S’Mores with milk chocolate

Oven baked

1. Preheat oven on broil.
2. Place nine cookies on a cookie sheet and cover each with one marshmallow.
3. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are golden.
4. Remove from the oven and cover with the remaining cookies.

BBQ

1. Preheat BBQ.
2. Place a marshmallow on a metal skewer.
3. Toast the marshmallow over the heat source, turning it frequently.
4. Place on a cookie and cover with another cookie.

On the campfire

1. Prick marshmallow on a pointed wooden stick and toast over the campfire, being careful not to burn it!
2. Sandwich the marshmallow between two cookies.
