- Melt the white chocolate: Use a double boiler for a smooth, glossy texture.
- Prepare the cookies: Crush Mini Célébration cookies in the flavour of your choice into small chunks.
- Combine: Mix the crushed candy canes into the melted chocolate, then fold in the cookie pieces.
- Assemble: Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet for festive bites.
- Decorate and chill: Sprinkle extra candy cane pieces on top for a finishing touch, then refrigerate until set.
