  1. Crush the candy canes: Place them in a plastic bag (like a Ziploc) and use a rolling pin to break them into small pieces.
  2. Melt the white chocolate: Use a double boiler for a smooth, glossy texture.
  3. Prepare the cookies: Crush Mini Célébration cookies in the flavour of your choice into small chunks.
  4. Combine: Mix the crushed candy canes into the melted chocolate, then fold in the cookie pieces.
  5. Assemble: Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet for festive bites.
  6. Decorate and chill: Sprinkle extra candy cane pieces on top for a finishing touch, then refrigerate until set.
