Ingredients

  • 225g cream cheese (room temp)
  • ¾ cup icing sugar
  • ⅓ cup 15% or 35% cream
  • ⅓ cup crushed Mini Celebration cookies (any flavor!)

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and cream until smooth.

  2. Crush the cookies.

  3. Layer in a clear glass or jar.

  4. Decorate to match the occasion.

  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

The cookies stay crisp when the dessert is served the same day. To save time, you could prepare the cheesecake mixture in advance and assemble the verrines on the day of serving.
